“Madiha was born to teach yoga. as well as do many other great things, but she truly is a natural when it comes to the art of yoga, and teaching it. i’d been meaning to try yoga for a few weeks until finally i ended up arranging a 1-1 class with her, and it was about as great an experience as i could have expected. she paid attention to every little detail, and every one of the senses - whether it was the music, scents or lighting - everything was taken into account. during the session, she was extremely attentive to my needs, knowing exactly when i needed a gentle nudge in the right direction, what my body could and couldn’t take, when to push me that one extra step and when to pull back and accommodate my amateurishness. her calm, cool voice was also immensely soothing, and the subtle witty narrative helped keep the mood light and relaxing. Madiha makes yoga look easy and she has the natural body and athleticism for it, but the flow she showed me was challenging enough to push my body to the next level yet also not feel overwhelmed. by the end of it, i felt like i had undergone a proper workout, pushed myself to my limit, but also physically and mentally reached an inspired zen state which was usually quite difficult for me to achieve on my own. i thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Madiha and would definitely do more 1-1 lessons or recommend it to anyone else looking to learn more about yoga, either as a novice or a more experienced practitioner. 5/5 stars from me :)”
