Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts

2 tbs unsalted butter of choice*

2 tbs olive oil (+ a drizzle)

4-5 cloves of garlic (sliced)

1/2 tsp black truffle salt

Chopped scallions and fresh rosemary (optional)

Directions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cut the stems off. Halve any that are larger than an inch wide. Drizzle some olive oil over top and mix to coat evenly.

  2. Air fry the Brussels sprouts at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes (shake them up at the 7 minute mark)

  3. While the Brussels sprouts are in the air fryer, heat up 2 tbs of olive oil in a skillet over medium high-heat. Fry the sliced garlic until golden-brown.

  4. Turn the heat down to low and add the butter into the skillet.

  5. Let the butter melt and add the truffle salt. Mix everything together.

  6. Once the Brussels sprouts are done, transfer them from the air fryer into the skillet and mix all the ingredients together.

  7. Garnish with chopped scallions and rosemary.

Crisp up your garlic until it looks like this, before adding in the butter.

Notes

*Use vegan butter for a vegan recipe.
